If not, now is the time to take a weekend trip to downtown Richmond and see the historical architectural influence of the neighborhood, and experience the beautiful renovation progress of early 20th buildings into luxury condo rentals. Nolde Condos, for example, were constructed from within the legendary Nolde Bakery warehouse, turning a once industrious area into a haven for Richmond residents, grad students, and professionals.
